Introducing
My name is Martin Roche BSc (Hons) ACIEEM. I am the founder of Cloverwood Ecology Ltd. I am an enthusiastic & experienced ecologist who has a deep love for nature. Through my work, I aim to protect and enhance biodiversity and achieve your project goals.
To Date
Cloverwood Ecology Ltd was established in January 2026 by Martin. Prior to this, Martin has worked in ecology since 2017 and worked on a variety of projects from small householder projects to large housing developments.
I am proudly an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) and I always follow their best practice guidelines to deliver credible & reliable ecological solutions.
Through my ecology career I have worked diligently to obtain:
- Class 2 Bat Licence (CL18).
- Hazel Dormouse Licence (CL10a).
- Great Crested Newt Licence (CL08).
- CSCS Skilled Worker Blue Card.

The Future

I cannot single-handedly solve the climate crisis & reverse biodiversity loss, but I can do my bit through the work I do to ensure biodiversity is protected & enhanced as much as possible, whilst achieving your project targets.
My aims for the future are:
- Promote nature-positive solutions to maximise biodiversity within developments.
- Educate how people can live & work alongside nature.
- Challenge myself to grow & develop my skills and expertise to provide you with informed & current ecological advice.
